We’ll send you additional details, including the exact location for your screening via email. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early, and expect your appointment to last approximately 1 hour. Be sure to bring:
- Your insurance card(s)
- A valid photo ID

What to Expect
1. Education Session: Learn how IpsiHand works and how it may help you
2. Eligibility Review: Brief medical history, therapy goals, and clinical review
3. EEG Screening: A quiet, painless test that reads your brain’s signals
Preparing for Your Visit
1. You’ll need to sit for more than 30 minutes to complete the screening. Please use the
restroom before you arrive.
2. Arrive with clean, dry hair free of product (avoid heavy gels or hairsprays).
3. Wigs or hairpieces should be removed during the appointment.
4. Your hairstyle, including braids, should allow small areas of your scalp (about the size of a quarter) to be exposed for sensor placement.
Insurance Coverage
Our coverage specialists are experts in navigating insurance plans. They will work with you and your insurance provider to seek approval for IpsiHand coverage.
