Kern Bhugra

Kern has over 20 years of experience in executive management and technology development in the medical device industry. He started his career at IBM, where he worked on medical imaging and global technology operations in the US, Europe, and Asia. Kern later co-founded Tibion Corporation and served as CEO/Chairman for 7 years. He went on to run JunoPacific Inc. and then became the CEO at Neurolutions, where he led the company through technology design, research and development, clinical studies, and regulatory approval. Kern has also served on several boards, including Aerin Medical and Leonis Medical, and has been a speaker at conferences and academic institutions around the world. He holds multiple patents in the field of robotics-based neuro-rehabilitation and has a BSEE from the University of Michigan and an MSEE with an emphasis in bioengineering from Stanford University.
