Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete in-home product screenings for customers

• Complete in-home product training for customers

• Provide timely customer support (virtual and/or in-person)

• Respond to customer questions in a variety of communication methods (email, phone, in-person visit, etc..)

• Provide on-site Exemptee Service in Los Angeles Office PRN

Work Experience Requirement(s)

• Licensed OT or PT

• Minimum of 5 years adult neurological rehabilitation, direct patient care

• Minimum of 5 years of neurological experience

• NCS and/or CSRS Certifications Preferred, not required

Other Skill(s) Required

• Effective communication skills for a variety of cognitive abilities

• Efficient and timely with responding to customers

• Comfortable with new technologies for rehabilitation

• Exemptee training is required and can be provided if needed.
